RETURN AND REFUND POLICY — BOUTI STUDIO

Article 1 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify Bouti Studio of their withdrawal decision via the contact page on the website, before the expiry of the aforementioned period.

Exclusion – Numbered pieces: In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to numbered pieces, which are works produced in limited series, manufactured according to specific requirements and of a unique nature. These pieces are expressly excluded from any return or refund, except in the event of a proven defect upon delivery duly documented (see Article 3).

Article 2 – Return conditions and procedures

Any return must comply with the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, unused and accompanied by all accessories and documents.
  • Return shipping costs are entirely the Customer's responsibility.
  • Bouti Studio strongly recommends using a tracked and insured delivery service, as the Customer remains responsible for the product until it is actually received by Bouti Studio.

Customer's responsibility upon receipt: Upon receiving their order, the Customer is required to photograph the parcel and its contents before any handling, in order to document the product's condition at delivery. These photographs may be required in the event of a return request or dispute.

Any product returned damaged, broken or incomplete cannot give rise to any refund. The product will be considered non-returnable and will be held available for the Customer at their expense.

Article 3 – Refund

Once the returned product has been received and inspected by Bouti Studio, the refund will be processed within 14 days of the date of receipt of the returned parcel.

The refund will be made to the payment method used when placing the order, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another refund method.

No refund will be issued if the returned product shows damage, signs of use, or is incomplete.

Article 4 – Products excluded from the right of return

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Numbered pieces (limited editions), in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code;
  • Products damaged after delivery due to the Customer;
  • Products returned after the deadline.
