Make the lampshade disappear. The lamp's design begins around this idea. A sculptural object emerges, incorporating various cutouts that let the light through. Each opening becomes the heart of an organic aesthetic that light reveals. Uncompromising, the light fixture features an arch that gives it its elegance, transforming its making into a performance in its own right. Choosing commitment over ease, elevating this designer lamp into a collectible work of art.

After the drawing through digital sculpting, developing the formal precision and character of the light fixture, then ensuring the creation of the mold. A seven-part mold receiving 13 liters of earthenware. It receives the liquid clay which takes its shape. Then comes careful handwork at demolding, allowing the cutting of the light openings and the finishing of the sculpture. The object is worked on while being kept in its mold to preserve the shape of the fixture and its dome. The collector's lamp is then immersed in an enamel bath — a kind of glass powder — which will melt in the kiln to bring brilliance to the piece. Each piece differs, with slight variations in shape and a few bubbles and enamel variations.
