Design of the Temple table lamp

The Temple is a designer table lamp inspired by the architecture of Sri Lankan temples. Its architectural silhouette structures space like a sculpture — minimalist from afar, rich in detail up close. Five light openings pierce the form and reveal, when lit, the surface transitions that make up the formal complexity of the piece. A contemporary geometry that plays as much on light as on volume. Drawn and handmade in the Bouti studio in France, this premium light fixture embodies a contemporary approach. A living room lamp that disappears as much as it intrigues.

Artisanal craftsmanship of the light fixture

In the studio, the lamp is designed, and with it its mold — elaborate, organic and technical. Four plaster parts assemble to receive the liquid earthenware. Once the clay has set and the impression is taken, the mold is removed to reveal the light fixture. The scalpel then creates the openings and completes the finishing of the piece. A work of hand and time — each lamp leaves the Bouti workshop.

Contemporary living room

Placed on a table, a sideboard, or a bookcase, the contemporary lamp slips into the living room and becomes a sculptural piece added to the collection — modern, refined. It provides comfortable lighting in the living room to diversify light points.
